A figure with copper‑orange skin emerges diagonally from the lower left beneath a large pink rose. The figure’s raised arm curves upward, ending in a cupped hand near the bloom. Warm oranges, reds, and yellows shape the figure, contrasting with a dark blue‑green background. A jagged black fissure cuts across the head, dividing smooth and molten‑like surfaces. One eye socket is dark and hollow, while the other side gleams with sharp highlights. The rose glows with pale yellow highlights and red shadows. The unframed canvas emphasizes dramatic color contrast and surface intensity.
