Artist Statement

Ceith Purifoy is amazingly adept at illustration and clay sculpture. He has a boundless imagination that leans toward the fantastical. He will often draw “creatures within creatures”, with faces coming out of scales or even teeth of another creature. His work is influenced by his extensive knowledge of pop culture.
