In order to continue our mission critical work Art Possible Ohio must have a sustainable budget and operating procedure. How can we ensure that our organization is operating efficiently, responsibly, and sustainably?
Objective 1: Art Possible Ohio will review and update its operating procedures to ensure ongoing effciency and compliance with state non profit regulations.
Objective 2: Art Possible Ohio will improve employee, contractor, and intern compensation to be more inline with industry standards and to attract and retain talented and diverse people.
Objective 3: Diversify income streams and increase funding to the organization by 10% over three years.
