Workshop Description: This workshop outlines a few simple, but fundamental rules that all artists should know when documenting their work for professional, personal, or social purposes. We will look at a few of the challenges that come up when translating a physical object (your art) into a digital object (your art as an electronic file) so that it can be easily shared with others for entry into exhibitions and online platforms. The workshop will also provide a variety of recommendations for digital tools, alternative to expensive professional equipment, in order to make the process of documenting more fun and accessible.

Meet the Instructor: Lori Esposito is an artist and community arts advocate who has been creating more accessible, and environmentally conscious programming for more than a decade. She enjoys working with communities who may lack resources, to activate meaningful places of practice. She is also a Ph.D. student in the Arts Administration, Education, and Policy program at OSU.

Any accomodation request should be made two weeks in advance.

Registrants will recieve a reminder for the workshop, with the Zoom link, 48 hours and 1 hour before the event begins.
