Accessibility extends beyond your building to your policies, programming, and website.
The 1973 Rehabilitation Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in programming that recieves federal funding including indirect and passthrough funding.
All organizations that recieve federal funding require an ADA or 504 coordintator assigned to attend to accessibility requirements.
