1. Collect small and light items from around your home; seeds, beads, colorful cut up pieces of paper or ribbon.
2. Arrange your items in a pattern or pleasing shape before you.
3. Slowly inhale and exhale to change the pattern.
4. Try a few different patterns to experience the beauty of your breath.
