Molly Uline-Olmstead

Molly Uline-Olmstead is an artist, creative space-maker, and arts professional. Molly is thrilled to be joining the Art Possible Ohio team and is looking forward to a new and exciting chapter in the organization’s future. Most recently she was the Manager for Studio Initiatives at the Columbus Museum of Art where she designed and led studio programming for visitors of all ages and backgrounds. She collaborated with Columbus-based artists on special projects and participatory experiences in the museum and the community. In addition she managed the Studio space and a team of Program Associates who helped facilitate programs and made the Studio a welcoming, open, and exciting place to share ideas, collaborate with others, and experiment with materials. Prior to CMA she worked at the Ohio History Connection in a few positions including State Coordinator for Ohio History Day and Project Director for several National Endowment for the Humanities and Department of Education grants. She has also worked at a few other arts organizations around town including the Urban Arts Space, Ohio Art League, and Richard M. Ross Art Museum. Some of her favorite things include running, kayaking, camping, researching obscure historical events, and making art, usually with collage or fiber.

Megan Fitze is thrilled to join the Art Possible team and continue pursuing her passion for accessibility in the arts. Most recently, Megan worked for Massillon Museum as Education and Outreach Manager. While at the Museum, she co-established an accessibility committee, created audio descriptive and sensory tours, and developed a sensory room. Before Massillon Museum, Megan worked with Dublin Arts Council serving first as Education and Outreach Coordinator, and then hired as the Director of Education & Special Projects.

Through her work, she generated educational, hands-on programming for the Visual Arts Series in conjunction with local school systems. She was also the chief administrator for Dublin Arts Council’s annual B.R.E.A.D! Festival, an arts-based multicultural community festival. Megan has additionally worked for the Columbus Metropolitan Library as a Ready to Read Specialist and Global Gallery, a Fair Trade non-profit, in Columbus, Ohio.

In her free time, Megan loves traveling all over Ohio with her husband, Josh, and baby, Wesley, to experience the diverse cultural institutions and events Ohio offers. She currently serves on the Ohio Alliance for Art Education board of directors. Megan received her M.A. in Art Education with a specialization in Museum Education and Administration in 2016 from The Ohio State University. She received her B.S. in Sociology from Manchester College (now Manchester University) in North Manchester, Ind., in 2004.

Trisha Clifford-Sprouse holds a BFA from CCAD and received her art therapy education through Harding Hospital under Bruce Moon. She has held art therapy positions in in-patient and corrections settings. Additionally, she pursued an MA in museum education and printmaking from Ohio University. She combined this with her experience in art therapy to develop an adaptive, hands-on, museum-based, education program for people in recovery and special needs students from local schools at the Decorative Arts Center in Lancaster, OH for 17 years and went on to serve as a Director of the DACO for 2 years. Currently, Trisha is a professor of art at Ohio University Lancaster Campus, an art therapist in private practice, and a working artist.

Michael Cress has served as Treasurer and numbers guy at Art Possible since 2017. He is also an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte, where he was toiled away since 2013. He likes things done the right way and in an orderly fashion, truly the perfect combination for a CPA. Outside of his mundane but vital accounting contributions to the world, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf competitively, watching Ohio State football, and attempting to create Instagram stories that make him laugh (not hard to do).

Jodie Engle

Jodie Engle is the Senior Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Initiatives at COSI. For over 20 years, Jodie has held various roles in cultural institutions, state arts agencies, and the corporate world in Ohio and Mississippi. Her experience includes professional development for educators, arts education programming, strategic planning, partnership development, capacity building and event planning. Jodie learned about Universal Design for Learning in Mississippi through a partnership with Art Possible MS and has worked to share best practices on the topics at multiple conferences and workshops. She lives in Clintonville with her husband, kiddos and a zoo’s worth of animals.

Amy Hess

Amy Hess is currently the Behavioral Health Outreach Supervisor for Nationwide Children's Hospital focusing on building learning health networks, primary care engagement, education, and community outreach for autism and other health categories locally and nationally. Active on many local community boards locally, Amy is the current board president for Art Possible. Amy is the parent of Henry Hess, a talented artist (with autism) located in Franklinton at Chromedge Studios and his amazing and charming older sister Sophia Hess who is a senior majoring in engineering at OSU.  Amy and her husband Tom (and kids!) are very active in arts and autism initiatives locally and nationally.

Christy is the mother of four with a background in Art History. She can often be found sharing her love for artistic exploration and creative thinking in her studio classes, as a substitute teacher or through the studio programs at the Columbus Museum of Art.

Mary Leiby

Mary Leiby has a BA in English from Bowling Green State University and an MLIS from Kent State University. She is the Content Developer at the Ohio History Center, and works with staff to create program descriptions, event collateral and updated website information. In her spare time, Mary enjoys seeking out the best food and drink in Columbus, reading as many books as she can and absorbing enough knowledge to one day become a Jeopardy champion.

Amy is an enthusiastic patron of the arts who has spent the past twelve years since becoming a mother attempting to instill her love for art in her three children. When her youngest child was born with a significant physical disability, her passion for encouraging her kids' artistic expression embraced another layer, finding ways to access art. Prior to becoming a mother Amy worked for the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Being invited to join the board triggered memories about this much-needed organization. Her prayer is that she is now at a place in her life when she can offer a meaningful contribution to its work.

Amy Silver Judd is a private Speech-Language Pathologist, originally from South Bend, IN. She obtained her B.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University and her M.S. in Communicative Disorders from The University of Wisconsin. Amy has specialized in working with disabled clients for nearly twenty years. In addition, Amy is an award-winning actress who has performed with a myriad of theatre companies throughout the Midwest. She currently resides in Columbus with her awesome husband and three epic children.

Christina Wendell is passionate about equity. Christina is the Chief Legal/General Counsel at the Central Ohio Transit Authority, where the vision is to “move every life forward.” She believes that inclusive creative spaces help to further this vision. When she is not working, Christina loves spending time with her family. Christina is the mom of two great kids, one of whom is an aspiring artist/animator/illustrator.
